Caroline Elsdon

Caroline Elsdon is a highly experienced finance professional with over two decades of expertise in accounting, financial management, and business operations across the marketing, recruitment, and technology sectors. As a key figure within The Jefferson Group, she plays a critical role in managing all financial matters across Jefferson Locke, Jefferson Consulting, and the wider group structure—supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

Caroline’s responsibilities include business valuations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, as well as team oversight. She is also a vital contributor to the group’s Mergers & Acquisitions division, where she provides financial due diligence, reporting accuracy, and structural support for transactions and integration activity.

With a background that includes senior roles such as Financial Controller at Network Video Technologies and Hauck Research, and as the founder of her own practice CE24 Limited, Caroline combines technical financial acumen with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. She is a qualified MAAT and is deeply valued for her ability to deliver accurate, actionable insights that enable the businesses she supports to operate compliantly and grow with confidence.
