Natasha Kenny is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over two decades of experience supporting businesses across the advertising, marketing, and creative sectors. As Executive Partner at Jefferson Locke, she leads the People & Culture division for The Jefferson Group and its subsidiaries, where she is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that support organisational growth, enhance culture, and optimise performance at all levels.

With a background that spans both in-house HR leadership and independent consultancy, Natasha brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, employee relations, organisational design, and leadership development. Prior to joining Jefferson Locke, she held senior roles including HR Director at GyroHSR and founder of SW HR, a consultancy providing tailored HR services to agencies across the UK. Her approach is grounded in both commercial awareness and a strong understanding of people dynamics within high-performing businesses.
