Blackhawk Network (UK) is the UK arm of a global financial technology company that specialises in branded payment solutions, including prepaid and digital gift cards, eGifts, reward and incentive products, and payout services that help businesses drive customer loyalty, motivate employees, and disburse funds efficiently. Their network connects thousands of brands with consumers and organisations through both physical and digital payment channels, enabling flexible payments and engagement programmes across sectors.
Due to various changes within the UK marketing team, Jefferson Locke was approached to work with the fractional Marketing Director at the time and the in-house talent acquisition team to help restructure the marketing team. This included headhunting an experienced Senior Director of Marketing, as well as sector-relevant Marketing Managers to support the senior leadership team.
