She currently serves as Executive Partner at Jefferson Locke, where she leads senior-level search assignments across marketing, technology, FMCG and Healthcare industries.
Known for her intuitive matchmaking skills, Ivy has developed a reputation for placing top-tier B2B, ABM, and B2C talent with precision and discretion.
Before joining Jefferson Locke in 2021, Ivy founded and successfully ran her own boutique recruitment agency in Cape Town for eight years. Her firm placed senior executives and C-suite leaders across a broad range of sectors including FMCG, retail, tech, education, finance, creative, and media. Her client list included brands such as Diageo, Crocs, Union Swiss, Canapy Growth, Under Armour, Ogilvy, Woolworths, and Pearson, among many others — positioning her as a preferred supplier and thought leader in marketing and advertising recruitment.
Earlier in her career, Ivy held senior recruitment roles at Creative Recruitment in London and Mandi Dicks Recruitment in South Africa. She also brings a strong commercial and legal foundation from her previous roles in the media and entertainment sector. These included syndication and contracts management roles at Associated Media Publishing, MTV Networks EMEA, and Warner Bros., where she managed international licensing agreements, rights negotiations, and contract operations across EMEA territories.
Ivy holds multiple industry qualifications, including Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Recruitment Consulting (passed with honours), a Level 4 Recruitment Management Certificate, and a Diploma in HR.
