Chief Executive Officer

Tom Howe

Tom is the CEO and Group Managing Partner for The Jefferson Group and its subsidiaries. With over 15 years of experience in business advisory and talent acquisition in the US, UK, and EMEA markets, he has supported CEO’s and management teams in growth strategy and business transformation.

Tom’s goal is to develop the group’s global management advisory and executive search practice by combining local market knowledge with a global perspective.

In addition to his role with The Jefferson Group, over the past 25 years Tom has founded and sold several specialist businesses and continues to be involved in a non-executive or advisory capacity.

Managing Partner

Ian Kenny

Ian is an Executive Partner here at Jefferson Locke and Joint Managing Partner at Jefferson Consulting. He has 25 years’ experience working with companies and helping them navigate a changing industrial landscape.

His key focus is digital and understanding how technology can benefit and drive a company’s growth.

Ian was responsible for creating the Digital Consultancy within the Ogilvy Advertising Group, he launched and successfully sold his own digital consultancy and founded Filmily, a highly successful AI start up in the sports and music space.

Like Tom, Ian’s ambition is to drive The Jefferson Group and its subsidiaries to become a true one stop shop in the global talent management and advisory space.

Ian holds a combined degree in Economics & Sociology from Royal Holloway and LSE.

Executive Partner

Ivy Farrell

Ivy originally started her career within brand licensing working for some of the biggest names in the industry. However, she found her calling and eventually moved into talent acquisition, where she founded her own successful consultancy in South Africa.

Now with roots firmly in the UK and with over a decade of experience, Ivy is an exceptional international talent acquisition specialist and advisor with vast knowledge across multiple markets.

Currently helping shape the careers and fortunes of both candidates and clients alike. Ivy’s approach and dedication to those who she engages with is outstanding.

Executive Partner

Tony Snow

Tony’s been creating ideas for some of the biggest brands at some of the biggest agencies for 30 years. He’s been Creative Director, Group Head and Brand Guardian on many of them. 

Tony’s a people’s person and loves mentoring, teaching and coaching those around him. Being a qualified Corp & Exec Coach, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach has helped Tony become an even better leader.

He’s worked in every medium possible, from tv, press, poster and radio to DM, all things digital and all things social. From B2B to B2C. From healthcare and Shopper Marketing to Experiential.

With his vast knowledge and extensive network within the marketing and advertising arena, Tony spearheads Jefferson’s creative search suite, both in the UK and overseas.  

Transformational Coach

Dr Fiona Wilson

Fiona is a Senior Lecturer at London’s top University for Student Experience. In this role, she delivers the Masters programme in Leadership, Innovation and Change where she is able to draw on over ten years of leading and managing within challenging, dynamic environments. 

Fiona is a specialist in how emotions impact on performance and behaviour. She has completed her PhD in emotionally informed learning which explores how our environment, prior experiences and the people we engage with all impact on our behaviour, relationship with the world and ultimately our identity.

Fiona is a specialist in emotions, organisational culture, team dynamics, creativity and flow.

Chief Financial Officer

Rachel Cooper

Rachel has over 15 years’ experience in accountancy and financial management across a wide range of commercial industries and services including marketing, FMCG and recruitment to name but a few.

More recently though Rachel has immersed herself within the thriving executive search and business advisory services sectors. Managing all financial and growth strategy matters, as well as valuation and planning.

With her combined background in management, project accountancy, commercial strategy and team leadership, Rachel is an integral part of our global business and oversees all group divisions.

With the financial teams diverse experience, they are able to support our client’s growth plans in the short, mid or long term. No matter what the end goal is.

Financial Controller

Caroline Elsdon

Caroline has a wealth of experience working within the Marketing and Talent Acquisition sector, managing all financial matters including business valuations, reporting monthly figures – P&L, budgeting & forecasting, managing accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll and team management. 

Caroline also performs a crucial role for the Merger & Acquisitions Team, and is heavily involved throughout the group business structure, servicing The Jefferson Group, Jefferson Consulting and Jefferson Locke.

Head of Research & Insight

Josh MacKenzie

Josh began his career working within marketing before eventually making the move over to executive search and management consulting. 

During his time within brand marketing and communications he gained vast experience across a broad spectrum of industries with a particular focus on market research and brand analysis.

After completing a recent stint in the US working as a specialist head hunter for the The Jefferson Group, he has returned to the UK and heads up our Research and Insights division with a particular focus on Organisational Design and Merger & Acquisition.

Head of People & Culture

Natasha Kenny

Natasha has 20 years HR experience working across a broad range of company verticals. She heads up the people and culture division for The Jefferson Group and its subsidiaries.

Her passion is people and getting the most from them by matching them to the right opportunities.

Natasha understands the personalities of individuals that can help make an organisation a success. She knows first-hand the pressures that management teams deal with on a day-to-day basis. This enables her to deliver a highly targeted suite of HR strategies that help build the people part of an organisation.
