Experience
Since launching Jefferson Locke in 2010, Tom has held several senior leadership positions within the group, including most recently serving as Global Managing Partner of Executive Search. Prior to that, he led the firm’s Marketing & Advertising Practices globally. Throughout his tenure, Tom has partnered with CEOs and boards to shape forward-thinking leadership teams across a broad portfolio of global clients, delivering integrated talent and advisory solutions that span every sector.
Before joining Jefferson Locke, Tom built a distinguished career in human resources and talent strategy. He was the inaugural Managing Partner at Identica Group, where he led global and in-market talent teams and championed leadership development, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this his career span more than 15 years within the marketing and advertising industry, delivering revenue growth strategies for some of the world’s biggest and brightest brands.
Tom’s goal is to develop the group’s global management advisory and talent engagement practice by combining local market knowledge with a global perspective.
