Josh began his career working within marketing before eventually making the move over to executive search and management consulting.
During his time within brand marketing and communications he gained vast experience across a broad spectrum of industries with a particular focus on market research and brand analysis.
After completing a recent stint in the UK working as a specialist head hunter for the The Jefferson Group, he has returned to the US and now heads up our Research and Insights division with a particular focus on Organisational Design and Merger & Acquisition.
Josh began his career in brand marketing and business management, working with a range of global B2B technology and cybersecurity companies to refine their brand positioning and support strategic growth.
He spent nearly a decade at Open Associates, one of the UK’s fastest-growing brand consultancies at the time, before transitioning into executive search by joining Jefferson Locke as a Consultant.
His role quickly evolved as he became increasingly involved in the firm’s M&A activity, ultimately going on to lead Jefferson Locke’s mergers and acquisitions division.
Today, Josh heads up the international research and insights function, where he is responsible for uncovering data-driven intelligence and market trends across multiple regions and sectors.
